Summer Spaghetti - UMAMI - Inspired by Nature umami

Summer Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1dl olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g small mozzarella balls or fresh burrata
  • 1 bag Umami Vitalmix
  • Salt & pepper to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTION:

  1. Bring water to a boil

  2. Salt the water and add the spaghetti

  3. In the meantime, heat up a pan and add the olive oil, finely sliced garlic and some chili flakes. Do not heat the oil too much, you want to give a bit of color to the garlic and give the oil a nice taste.

  4. Add some cherry tomatoes to the oil, cook for a few minutes

  5. As soon as the spaghetti are ready, drain and add them to the oil. Mix thoroughly.

  6. Distribute the pasta in plates

  7. Add some fresh cut cherry tomatoes and the mozzarella balls/burrata.

  8. Garnish the pasta with UMAMI Vitalmix.
