With Tobias Buholzer, Michelin Star Chef and pioneer in his field, we have found the perfect partner to produce our sauces.

The initial idea was that we could preserve overproduction instead of throwing it away. With this concept in mind, Tobi created delicious, 100% natural recipes of refinements using our tasty microgreens.

Mayonnaise

Rich mayonnaise with sunflower microgreens - goes perfectly with fish, asparagus and artichokes.

  • Ingredients: Canola oil 64.7%, UMAMI sunflower greens 12.9%, Swiss free-range eggs 10.4%, white balsamic vinegar, table salt, water, cane sugar, mustard powder 0.3%, pepper.

Pesto

Vegan pesto with arugula microgreens - goes perfectly with pasta, sandwiches and dressings.

  • Ingredients: Canola oil 27.9%, arugula 13.9%, tree nuts 11.6%, dates, UMAMI arugula greens 9.4%, parsley 9.3%, olive oil 9.3%, basil 4.7%, table salt, garlic, pepper.

Mustard

Hot mustard with radish microgreens - perfect to spice up your dish

  • Ingredients: Water, mustard flour (yellow) 17.8%, cane sugar, verjus, UMAMI radish greens 8.9%, mustard flour (brown) 8.9%, table salt.

Chili Mayo

Spicy mayonnaise with radish microgreens - goes perfectly with burgers, potatoes of any kind and sandwiches

  • Ingredients: Canola oil 61%, UMAMI radish greens 12.2%, Swiss free-range eggs 9.8%, parsley, white balsamic vinegar, table salt, mustard powder 1.5%, cane sugar, yellow Swiss chili 0.2%, pepper.

Ketchup

Sugar free & natural ketchup with packchoi Microgreens - perfect for anything you like to use ketchup or barbecue sauce on

  • Ingredients: Tomatoes Pelati 62.9%, agave syrup, apples, white balsamic vinegar, onions, UMAMI Packchoi Greens 5.7%, canola oil, garlic, table salt, concentrate (radish, apple, black currant), piment d'espelette, pepper.

Safran Dip

Unique saffron dip with fennel microgreens - perfect with fish, sandwiches & grilled vegetables

  • Ingredients: Canola oil 66.9%, Swiss free range eggs 10.7%, white balsamic vinegar, water, UMAMI fennel greens 4.1%, table salt, cane sugar, fennel seeds, mustard powder 0.3%, turmeric, pepper, saffron 0.05%.
