Quick and Dirty Pizza

INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
- 1 pizza dough
- 150g mozzarella di bufala
- 2 tbsp UMAMI pesto
- 1 bag UMAMI Powermix
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
COOKING INSTRUCTION:

Heat the oven to 220 degree celsius

Lay out the dough in an oven tray (on a sheet)

Drizzle the dough with some olive oil, salt and pepper

Spread some pesto on the dough and cover with mozzarella

Cook the dough according to instructions

Garnish the pizza with UMAMI Powermix and another drizzle of olive oil
